Following R W Crawford’s acquisition of Agwood Limited, I was tasked to oversee the integration of Agwoods into the RWC group and develop along with group managers an operational and strategic plan. Godfreys is a well-established garden & estate machinery dealer based in Sevenoaks, representing leading brands such as John Deere, Stihl, and Honda. I acquired Godfreys in 2005 and grew the business until its sale in 2018.
