Also show them where to find specific resources to make their job easier and more streamlined. • Assist other team members with issues when needed and coordinate for onsite travel when the customer needs it or requests it. • in-depth 802.1x troubleshooting as well as DAI and IPSG (dynamic arp inspection and IP source guard). • Answer any hardware specific questions when it comes to optics, power output via POE and other concerns the customer has. • Test upcoming solutions for the customer and provide feedback on lab tests of what could work and what didn't. As well of what could be better.
