I work as a Union representative for HK where I am a part of the department of south of Jutland. I am also a member of employee committee on every level both local-, administration- and main committee. It is very exciting to be an apart of the decision process. I have learned and still learning about communications skills, relationship in and creating a good working environment.The other part of my job is as an IT specialist for Kolding libraries. It is a very active place where we always have many different project. The job never gets dull. We have new challengers on a regular basis. I like to learn new stuff so it is perfect for me. I have learned allot as a project leader and as a project team member how to tackle the different aspects of projects. My background with as education in mechanical engineering has given me the knowledge to tackle working with projects. In 2010, I updated that knowledge with an education as a project leader.In my work, I have to on a daily basis prioritize, which tasks to do first. As a professional problem solver I get many important tasks and it is not always an easy job tell people they have to be patient. I face both human as well as technical problems. I have seen how people react in many different situations and how people can seem the same and yet react very differently and I have learned how to manage. I have developed my vocal communications skills and use them daily.I have several different hobbies so I always have something that fits the moment. I am a badminton coach and play as well. I like to coach to see the development within the players and I appreciate how tiny things sometimes can make a positive difference. I build and collect LEGO. I play and collect board games and have several groups I play with. I like to draw. I started restoring my old toy cars. I love movies and music. I often combine them with other hobbies. I like airplanes, cars and World history. I like to read the classics, as well as sci-fi and fantasy. This way I never get bored and develop new skillsets. I always try to become a better version of myself.I am a very proud father of two beautiful girl and I am happily married. I look forward to quality time with them and cherish the moments very much.
