I have been working in IT Business Consulting for more than a 16 years and I love to dig into client’s problems and solve them with modern technology. Over the years I improved 3 main skillset I'm proud of:- Have a comprehensive knowledge of ERP processes and Best Practices- I am aware of the risks and challenges in each phase of a Project and own a toolset to mitigate and solve them- People management - I really love to work as a bridge between IT team and Business groups since I have the ability to understand myself and work collaboratively with both teams.In my past projects I have worked both as an analyst and a consultant, working both with development organization team members and with customer business users. My experience on these two key areas of activities enables me to work effectively both in product enhancement, implementation, integration, localization and with business process design and adoption.I have hands-on experience working with customer teams and key users in various organization types, cultures and sizes, which enables me to work effectively and thoroughly in different types of organizations, geographies and cultures.
