Peter is a member of the Probate and Trust Administration practice group at Rosenberg, Freedman & Lee, LLP. He advises clients on all aspects of estate and trust administration, including the filing of probates and estate settlement, trust funding and final administration, and federal and state estate tax issues. He also advises clients on guardianship and conservatorship matters. Prior to joining Rosenberg, Freedman and Lee, LLP., Peter volunteered as an attorney at the Greater Boston Legal Services (GBLS) in their Elder Health and Disability Unit assisted low income and indigent elders seeking legal aid regarding the termination, reduction or continued access to various state and federal benefits, including: SSI, SSDI, SNAP, MassHealth, EAEDC, Veterans Benefits, etc.While at Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL), Peter did cooperative placements (Coops) at Rodio Ursillo, Ltd., a law firm in Rhode Island with various law practices, doing primarily municipal law work, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, in their Litigation Division, the GBLS and as a law clerk for the Honorable Suffolk County Juvenile Court Judge, Stephen Limon. Before Law School, Peter worked as a Project Assistant at WilmerHale in their Litigation Department working on various IP, Criminal and Civil litigation matters. While at WilmerHale, Peter volunteered for the Lawyers Clearinghouse Clinic for the Homeless. This program provided legal aid to homeless and indigent individuals seeking assistance in various civil matters, including: SSI, SSDI, restraining orders, housing issues, etc.
