Coordinated 15 field projects across 13 countries to integrate carbon mitigation strategies into their conservation work. Enabled the success of these projects by tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Tracked lessons learned, identified challenges and worked with teams to help avoid these as they scaled. Studied target tropical coral genera (40+), training in coral survey techniques, culminating in a capstone leadership development project, coordinating and training a team of volunteers to design, build, and monitor a mid-water suspended rope coral nursery.

Working in a lead position as an observer, I became responsible for all the data my second and I gathered over a 90 day period. This included hundreds of raw data sheets, species composition forms, GPS locations, and over a thousand biological samples. Both the seconds that I managed had no previous field experience, which gave me the opportunity to.
