-Coordinate, plan and submit PPAP packages for automotive customer base.-Create and provide all quality related documentation to production floor. (1st Article, Audit Sheets, Final Audit, SPC, Inspection Instructions, GP12/EPC, Safe Launch)-Provide support to Engineering /Manufacturing on defect reduction, standardized work instructions.-Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve core quality and reduce scrap.-Daily QRB meetings to identify and prioritize defect reduction.-Resolve customer complaints through 8D corrective action.-Champion corrective action with follow up meetings until all items are completed and closed.-Prepare & present corrective action to customers.-Weekly Layered Process Audits-Lean Daily Management Meetings to reduce scrap, downtime and improve efficiency and production.-Direct customer interface for quality related issues.-Instrumental in achieving Delphi Pinnacle Award for Supplier Excellence April 2009.-AutoDCP, Plex, Intelex , TRW VIN System, Honda Web, Covisint (Ford, GM)
