CurrentAfter ten years in the telecommunications industry where I rose to the position of foreman major works, I decided to pursue my passion for technology. First in the very early space invader/gambling machine industry where I basically did everything with regard to the machines, a short spell at AWA NZ selling components and then self employed ever since making a meager living servicing a client base of home computer users and small businesses. I have a wide range of skills developed over many years. I maintain a small group of key contacts able to assist with any challenges that may arise. My skill set is aligned to electronic R&D, embedded systems (MC9S08, HC11, ARM STM32V and Single Board Computers), open source Linux software and server systems. I am ready and willing to take on new challenges in the R&D arena particularly IoT sensor systems.
