VCCP Media is a challenger agency and for challenger brands. The agency is part of the highly creative and award-winning VCCP Group, which exists to transform the fortunes of their clients.Over the past fours years I have been part of the management team at VCCP, being responsible for the Media agencies performance and growth.In 2023 I was very proud to lead a shift in momentum with some significant new businesses, contract extensions, organic growth and importantly a strong culture, creating a 'challenger state' of great positiivty and empowerment.The few years prior have been eventful in managing the business through some turbulent times. Safe to say, with the backing of he VCCP Group, we have held strong, took a long term view in supporting our people and clients and exited into more positive times well.

I was responsible for driving integration across VCCP Media’s full range of services, including business, strategy, data plus the broadcast and digital implementation teams, as well as spearheading integration within the wider VCCP Group delivering great success with Saga, GoDaddy, Organix, Travelopia and Violife to name but a few.

The Gate are a full-service, international advertising andmarcomms agency. We create and implement ‘platform ideas’ that workacross all communications. Digital ubiquity is a core belief – everything we conceiveand create will be used and consumed on line. We are commercially oriented and competitive in nature. Our ambition is to achieve long term growth for our clients and our business by delivering a modern full service model.

Working with Marie Oldham and Fresh Eyes Consulting, who have an extensive consultancy offering, from brand development to project management, workshop facilitation to training programmes, all aimed at driving growth through solving complex client problems. We currently have a number of projects active for brand strategy and partnerships, digital transformation and platform development, research and training.

As a Managing Partner at Havas Media UK, I worked as part of a small management team transforming the agency over the last 16 years to create a modern communications agency for its clients; developing partnership, content and data offerings to provide marketing and media solutions across all paid, owned, earned and shared communications channels.
