As the Program Director, I lead a dynamic team of 58 military and civilian analysts across various disciplines, guiding diverse projects that contribute to strategic objectives. My role involves integrating all these efforts seamlessly to deliver actionable results for senior leaders to effectively shape operations in the US Indo-Pacific theater.

As a Joint Operations Officer at USINDOPACOM J6, I led a high-performing team of 20 joint service members, driving the development and implementation of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) objectives. I directed strategic planning and coordination efforts to ensure that subordinate commands received timely intelligence and warning information critical to advancing INDOPACOM's mission priorities across the Indo-Pacific theater.In my role as a Current Operations lead, I coordinated complex operational Command and Control (C2) activities, aligning Mission Relevant Terrain–Cyber (MRT-C) with the commander’s strategic objectives, particularly within the challenging maritime environments. As a dynamic planner, I was entrusted with Assured Command and Control (AC2) responsibilities, fostering interagency collaboration to streamline joint operations.Additionally, I served as the J6 Liaison Officer (LNO) to the Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) Australia for PACIFIC SENTRY 23, coordinating with allied forces to ensure that Combatant Commander’s objectives were met across all Joint Operating Areas. I also completed a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies with a focus on Cyber Operations, further enhancing my expertise in supporting advanced C4ISR and cyber objectives.

In my role as Deputy Director of Operations at NEIC, I led a high-impact team of over 110 sailors, junior officers, and civilians, ensuring they were fully trained, equipped, and mission-ready for global deployments. I oversaw a $2.7 million budget, strategically managing resource allocation to optimize equipment procurement, readiness, and operational effectiveness across multiple theaters. My leadership was instrumental in achieving a 300% increase in NEIC's operational capabilities, enabling our teams to execute over 1,900 intelligence-gathering operations targeting high-priority areas.I was responsible for the simultaneous deployment of nine intelligence teams, advancing our organization’s technical edge in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), and cyber operations. I established rigorous training and certification processes, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence that was recognized across commands. My close collaboration with intelligence and defense partners enhanced our force’s ability to deliver real-time intelligence, meeting critical needs for fleet and national security leaders.As a recognized subject matter expert, I drove innovation and cross-functional solutions to address complex IW (Information Warfare) challenges, solidifying NEIC’s strategic advantage in Great Power Competition-focused missions. My operational expertise and commitment to excellence resulted in a strong record of delivering results under pressure and adapting to the evolving demands of the intelligence community.
