Having enjoyed a distinguished Royal Navy career spanning 34 years, I have cultivated a wealth of skills and experiences as a Senior Engineering Manager in the Royal Navy, and brief period operating in H&S commercial sectors. Central to my skillset is a robust background in managing and sustaining multi-million-pound engineering systems and departments, enabling me to bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My ability managing the intricate complexities of mission-critical systems and operations, has been refined over years of working in high-pressure environments with confidence.Drawing from those skills and experiences, I’m adept in project management. From weathering the UK's October 1987 hurricane in a tent on Bodmin Moor, to walking amongst elephant seals and observing the stark realities of climate change in the glacier fields of South Georgia.  I've scaled Mount Rainier, been rock climbing in Yosemite National Park, and explored the pyramids of Giza. Moreover, I've experienced the engineering triumphs of both the Suez and Panama Canals, witnessing first-hand the ingenuity that brings continents, cultures and people together.As I transition from military to civilian life, I look forward to new challenges, experiences, and adventures that await.
