About Peter Bergman

ABOUTPeter Bergman is one of a group of uniquely talented Dutch composers. Winner of the European Jazz Award and nominated for an Edison Award for seven compositions on Dox artist Giovanca’s album Satellite Love, he composes, arranges and produces for artists and commercials, films and events. Soulful compositions use 1970s and 1980s styles with funky jazz chords and bridges, yet poppy and simple when required.Worked, toured and/or recorded as a bass player with:Metropole Orkest, Leon Ware (Marvin Gaye), Carleen Anderson (Brand New Heavies), Michael Franti (Spearhead), New Cool Collective, Caro Emerald, Michiel Borstlap, Marcy Brown, Sandra St. Victor (Nile Rodgers, Chaka Khan), N'dambi & Karen Bernod (Erykah Badu, D'Angelo), Belle Perez, Zuco 103, Lilian Viera, Berget Lewis, Glennis Grace, Suzanna Lubrano, etc
