• As Leader in Wage & Hour Compliance and Dispute Resolution Group, assist clients in proactively addressing wage and hour issues before a government investigation or litigation is commenced. Counsel management and human resources to audit existing pay practices and to design policies and pay practices that reduce exposure for wage and hour claims. Also represent clients when wage and hour claims are filed against them in court or with an agency• Represent employers in state and federal courts concerning litigation of broad range of employment law matters such as claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistle-blowing, wage and hour and employment-related torts • Experience litigating multi-plaintiff employment matters including primary responsibility for the litigation of an eighty-eight plaintiff FLSA matter that was dismissed on a summary judgment motion by the District Court of New Jersey and affirmed by the Third Circuit in a published opinion• Possess first and second chair trial experience involving claims of discrimination and related torts • Counsel employers on development of employment policies, compliance with state and federal employment laws and day-to-day employment issues such as employee hiring, discipline and discharge, leaves of absence and restrictive covenants
