I am a litigation attorney and business advisor experienced in all areas of commercial, business and inheritance dispute litigation. Specifically, my practice focuses on complex commercial, probate, and trust litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in contract disputes, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, claims for legal and accounting malpractice, construction litigation, employment litigation, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and business torts. I have also served as general counsel to a sports management group, negotiated endorsement agreements for professional athletes, and negotiated/prepared endorsement agreements for an array of players on the PGA and Champions Golf Tours.
