As Enterprise Development Manager for The Prince’s Trust, together with managing my own case load of businesses, I was also responsible for managing a team of 150 volunteer business mentors across the Merseyside region and a team of five Prince’s Trust Business Advisers. This allowed me to demonstrate a variety of my skills including time management, organisational skills, flexibility, leadership and team work.I also took the lead in delivering business skills workshops for the client group and had North West England regional involvement in staff development trainings and volunteer mentor training
