Research And Development Project Manager
Current▪ Management of energy renovation projects for facilities of the public sector with financing mechanisms of energy performance contracting - EPC (private partner + public partner + EU cohesion fund).▪ Identification of potential areas for energy efficiency improvements.▪ Assessing the feasibility of projects and designing expert opinions.▪ Responsibility for suitable technical solutions and implementation of projects in accordance with deadlines and contractual agreements.▪ Implementation of control procedures and energy efficiency measures on highly demanding energy and environmental projects.▪ Planning of activities and responsibility for achieving the desired cost and energy savings.▪ Designing economic and technical calculations (cost-benefit analysis) for the evaluation of energy savings and emerging costs.▪ Economic optimization of investments and enlargement of cost and energy savings.▪ Strategic development of innovation leads.▪ Evaluation of the results of implemented energy efficiency improvement measures.▪ Risk management supervision at achieving committed financial and energy savings.▪ Development of strategies for new technical solutions, products, and technological processes - renewable sources implementation: PV, heat pumps, BESS.▪ Development of negotiation strategies, support of negotiations with contracting authorities.▪ Responsibility for developing good relations with partners, potential and existing clients.▪ Performance of co-sales activities (sales strategies, preparation of concession contracts, partnership agreements and annexes).▪ Interdisciplinary project team management (construction, mechanical and electrical engineers) within the scope of designing technical solutions.▪ Coordination with the heads of departments and other services within the project activities.▪ Involvement of key persons and departments at the technical solutions design for comprehensive service implementation.
