I have spent over 35 years practicing environmental, health & safety and corporate law for: law firms; in government service; as an executive of an international NASDAQ waste treatment corporation, and; as the Corporate EH&S Compliance Director for a Fortune 500 international metals mining and refining corporation. Above all, I believe that corporate and facility employees want to comply with environmental laws and regulations and will do so, as long as corporate America clearly tells them what to do, why it is important and how to do it. Most recently, I have come to truly enjoy helping good lawyers find new jobs.
