About Peter Biggs

I am an innovative, metrics-focused and hardworking Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Qualified Chartered Accountant, Board Member, and former Vice President with an Honours Degree in Accounting (Masters Equivalent), and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Accounting, Cum Laude. In my current CFO and Board Member role with Amicorp Group, I have coordinated and managed a successful UK IPO (2023), devised, and coordinated effective financial management and oversight procedures in a Global company with 40+ offices in over 30 countries and more than 650 employees. As a Project Manager and Change Manager, I have set up and coordinated centralized finance teams in offshore locations (Bangalore, Vilnius, Mauritius, Uruguay and Malta etc). I have also completed a comprehensive Balance Sheet financial control tidy up for 160+ legal entities, completeness of Revenues and Billings for 8,000+ clients, amongst many other tangible achievements during my 20 years career. During a successful Managerial career with the RBS, I have also been employed as Vice President (Singapore), where I managed the team responsible for70+ SPV legal entities (consolidated and non consolidated) and performed Group consolidation into RBS plc. I also had the honour of getting Elected to the RBS Global Leading-Edge Programme, an exclusive 2-year leadership programme for high potential talent (120 candidates selected from more than 10,000 staff worldwide).
