the inspection of roadway and bridge operations and testing such as earthwork, asphalt, MOT, drilled shaft, milling & resurfacing, drainage and MSE Walls, substructures and superstructures. Liaison with the QC, Contractor, and the Project Engineer to solve any problems while providing general assistance to the Senior Inspectors. The inspection for the demolition of old and construction of new bridges which include piles and drilled shaft, substructures, superstructures, and MSE walls.. Activities include construction of a new roadway and steel girder bridge as well as new drainage, lighting, landscaping, signalization, roadway resurfacing/reconstruction, MSE wall and box culvert construction. Responsibilities on this project include inspection of earthwork operations including stabilized subgrade and base, drainage, surveying, reinforced steel and concrete sampling and testing. Coordinate railroad operations with CSX, MSE wall construction, and structural steel inspection, including bolting and shear connector’s installation. Assist with pile inspection and driving, drilled shaft inspection, jack and bore below CSX railroad, MOT, landscaping, lighting and signalization, and signing and marking of pavement. Involved in drafting of final as–built drawings and assisted office engineer prepare for final estimate.

Administrative responsibilities include customer relations, project coordination with designers, contractors and homeowners, upkeep of customer files and showroom, accounts payable and accounts receivable, design and completion of estimates and customer contracts at times using contractor blueprints, implementing marketing plan and organizing and scheduling future projects.Inspection responsibilities include subfloor inspections (moisture content, level, and compatibility). During and at the completion of projects, inspections include proper installation with approved materials and tools for each individual product; proper thresholds used and complete customer satisfaction of all phases.Labor responsibilities include training employees on all aspects of wood floor installation, laminates, engineered and solid wood flooring products, repairs to existing floors, sanding, staining, and finishing various species of hardwood flooring, coordinating work schedules within larger home remodeling projects involving other contractors, ensuring fulfillment of all contractual obligations.Customer service responsibilities include educating customer about their chosen products, including care and maintenance upon completion of project, ensuring customer satisfaction through leaving job site cleanliness and following up on calls to answer any questions.
