  My current position makes me responsible for providing technical consultancy to both Ministry of Defence and commercial customers in support of their primary web based maintenance management application. Other responsibilities include administration of the primary maintenance management application used by military and commercial customers ensuring complete satisfaction, training of military and commercial customers in the use of the application incorporating new and future functionality (this included the drafting of training materials).Supporting the Director of Upkeep Management by assisting in the delivery of upkeep support services including production of Work Specifications through planning scheduled maintenance, attendance at PUMA to identify and record defects, package reconciliations, liaise with Platform Stakeholders (Platform Managers, Ships Staff, Upkeep Contractors and Equipment Providers).
