Manage and address all aspects of starting a new FALL Protection Products manufacturing division from sourcing and purchasing the required process equipment and raw materials to designing our test facilities and product offerings. Manage the process of testing and documentation required in getting CSA Certification on all the products we manufacture. Develop effective and efficient product designs as well as manufacturing processes utilizing DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) procedures. Manage all HR, Employee Safety Issues, Purchasing & Sourcing, product Development, developing manuals and technical data required and production scheduling for the facility.
