Operations Manager for Project RESH@PE and ARMA+ software implementation.The project is an undertaking to implement ARMA+ software into the Fletcher Reinforcing Business in New Zealand and to align business processes and roles with ARMA+ software.My role covers many aspects of the project and the business.• Aspectso Production and Logistics Planning.o Inventory and warehouse management.o Factory machinery interface to software.o Fabrication.o Placing & install planning and management.• Peopleo Mapping current processes and roles.o One on One talks with staff about their daily routines.o Mentoring existing staff through the changes and training new staff in newly created roles.o Writing training material and training staff using the ARMA+ software o Implementing changes to processes and staff change management to align to the new organisational structure.• Processo Changing the factory layout and set up.o Machine technical and economical settings in ARMA+.o Technical data set up in ARMA+.o Working with data cabling contractors wiring machines in the factory.o User Acceptance Testing ARMA+ software, systems and training material.o Testing end to end processes to ensure the ‘go live’ happens as smoothly as possible.o

This role was recently created to head up Projects within the Steel Distribution Group that involve all the operational facets of the business.My current project is to manage the relocation of the Auckland Fletcher Reinforcing factory and offices.Designing, pricing and implementing up to date traffic management layouts for Steel Distribution branches.

• Managing the supply and installation of reinforcing products to all major projects in the region involving Fletcher Reinforcing.• Coordinating staff resources on a number of major projects running concurrently• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are being met on sites and personal H&S training.• Tracking man hours per ton on site specific installations.• Ensuring critical milestone dates are met.• Working with client construction managers to plan and pre program work well in advance• Designing alternative products and or procedures to achieve better outcomes
