Created all marketing, onboard, and in-house printed and web materials as ACL grew from small regional company to largest U.S.-based nationwide cruise line, building from 3 to 8 ships. Created all marketing materials for sister companies, Pearl Seas Cruises and Chesapeake Shipbuilding (same owner). Collaborated with management in Marketing, Sales, and Operations to concept and produce full range of integrated design projects • Executed direct marketing lead generation. Designed all print advertising campaigns for national consumer and trade magazines such as Time, Smithsonian, Southern Living, Travel Weekly, and many more, resulting in steadily increasing volume of inquiries.• Created and produced on-going direct mail campaigns sent to ad leads (2 to 4 tri-folds/postcards and 20-page booklets per week), contributing significantly to ACL’s direct marketing strategy and increase in onboard guests on all ships.• Designed and produced company brochures (some up to 100 pages), info booklets, newsletters, and sell sheets, communicating guest experience, itineraries, schedules, and ship details to engage prospective guests.• Designed graphics for company’s website.
