After Upfield acquired a global business unit from Unilever, I took a project role to help Upfield to optimize and run the Business Continuity Plan Team. Without any disruption we had a successful transition within budget and on time.

My assignment was to coach the CI implementation within the Renewi group.I worked with all CI Leaders of the different Business Units (CW NL, CW BE, Municipal UK, Monostreams and Hazardous Waste.) I helped establishing the CI deployment in Monostreams, which exists of 4 Business Lines and about 20 sites.
