1988 started company Lubo Screening & Recycling systems in development of equipment for solid waste recycling for the fast growing Dutch market and thereafter fast growing to and going international exporting to United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Norway, Ireland.As CEO of this company my main activity during the pioneers face of the recycling industry was the development of equipment suitable to sort waste streams such as screening systems, air separation systems, waterbath separators and shredding technology.Additional to that position was the market development international. The commercial sales support was mainly advisory towards haulage and recycling companies in order to come to a correct design of the MRF's and the related markets for the end product generated from the facilities.Over the past 12 years the developments and experience moved over from Construction Demolition & Industrial waste sorting plants into the direction of development of MRF’s specialized in Municipal Solid Waste and Commercial Industrial sorting facilities and Refuse Derived Fuel production Since 2006 started Resource Recovery Technology B.V. with its main activity consultancy in development and project management of Recycling plants.Since 2009 Started Walair Airseparation Solutions B.V. specialized to support the separation technology in MSW, C&I and C&D MRF systemsSpecialties: Architecture of MRF's in general and project management as well as the delivery of Turn key projects on customers request.
