Responsibilities:- Direct contact with L2s in the CIO organization- Validate and consolidate spend reports- Control source cost, e.g. invest. projects cost, labour cost, vendor costs, etc.- Manage intercompany agreements (ICAs)- Provide guidance on cost allocation- Administration of HC structure- Report actual & YTD to spend, forecast FY spend and work with the business to resolve any issues/gaps- Develop annual spending plans and justify YoY changes- Adjust and/or develop Excel report structures as required- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide informed business advice to eh L2 supported- Report, Investigate and drive correction of financial gaps as needed.- Review and track spend requests- Communicating with Project managers, Service managers, Finance analysts, Tool admins, Planners, etc on any matter related to financial performance

The main task is to communicate facilitate and enviroment where good costing data is communicated to the EU organization (to facilitate good business decisions).Prepare costing data for VP level negotiations.Prepare more complex cost data for Product systems and components (Develop costed BOMs, Labor & Overhead estimates, tooling and capital requirements for new business or changes to current business).Provide product cost reduction estimates as required (challenge information from other supporting departments).Maintain cost tracking of product development/engineering changes for internal cost & external pricing needs.

Working in SAP on the financial consolidation system for management reporting (maintenance & customizing).Support Henkel Affiliates in monthly and quarterly closing.Regular and ad-hoc finance analysis of selected Segment Corporate postings.Interfacing and communicating with Corporate Accounting & Reporting department in headquarters.Overlooking the collection of monthly financial data within the controlling departments of Henkel Affiliates.

Responsible for:- price variance/cost flow analysis- profit and loss/balance sheet analysis and preparation for month end closing- cooperation with local counterparts- providing explanation on financial figures, solving ad hoc requests- preparation/system set up of controlling modules in SAP
