Some key projects I have had lead roles in incl: • Built up a leading Australian wholesale liquor business, importing many brands, incl Tuborg, Tsingtao and Miller beers, Stolichnaya, Jägermeister, and many other wines and spirits.• A major Australian retail outlet liquor chain I founded and financed was subsequently merged with a leading brand and sold for over $50 million. • Arranged the financing, acquisition, and commercialization of CSIRO’s Australian polymer banknote pixel security technology.• Co-founded an Aerospace Corporation partnership initiative to commercialize Aerospace technology as it was released from USA Government classified security.• Partnered several commercialization initiatives with EDS (now HP), along with Sun Microsystems, Cisco, EMC, and others. • Acquired 50% of and funded the development of the second largest ISP in the UK in the late 90’s, controlling numerous domains including, F1.com, DailyTelegraph.com, and Chelsea.com.• Funded the acquisition and subsequent technology development of the Lockheed Martin Trusted Systems Computing Laboratory.• Financed hydrocarbon drilling programs in Western Australia, and in the USA through a Union Pacific Resources JV partnering.• Acquired and arranged financing for the early exploration and discovery of significant Philippine iron ore tenements.• Secured funding facilities for global mining production operations, including the structuring and introduction of a $250M facility for a sliver/lead/zinc operation in Eastern Europe and a $50M silver/lead/zinc mining opportunity in Mexico.
