Leading Middle level (0-4 months) and Long term (5-18 months) plannning process in Europe Region (Slovak and Italian Plant). Responsible for WMAPE, Capacity planning, Production line utilization, FG inventory management, strategic support to Sales dept. Leading international team of 7 Analysts (SK & IT).

Covering whole production planning process, building monthly (SIOP) and weekly (MPS) plans, daily communication with external and internal customers, assuring on time deliveries to customers, implementing internal SC KPIsProduct launch coordinator – coordination of all plant departments during pre-series production, arrange time slots for new products.

Leading of 4 production planners team, solving of problems with customers, daily reporting to plant management, production planning of new project SOP, building Monthly, weekly, daily production plans11/2010 – 09/2011 - Logistics analyst for new project – implementation of logistics tools during launch of new project into the production, daily.

01/2010 – 10/2010 – Deputy leader of Line control department – cooperation with other departments on new projects implementation into the production, preparation instruction for shops (Weld, Paint, Assy, QC) how to implement new item into the production, support of production in case of production problem, Supervision in preparation for summer and winter.
