Service Desk Supervisor• Responsible for Service Desk issues, go to person for day-to-day operational issues, point of contact for managers and directors, assure meeting SLAs. Identify, reproduce, and resolve technical issues.• Quality assurance, develop and conduct training, assure audits compliance and processes followed and updated• Involved with hiring new Analysts, handle inside and outside complaints• Responsible for communications to the field, provide data for executive reports, incident and status reports• Hold team and individual 1:1 meetings
