NCFE is a national Awarding Organisation, passionate about designing and developing a diverse product catalogue that contributes to the success of millions of learners at all levels.- Leading on the implementation and launch of health and social care products.- Ensuring that all products are fit for purpose and compliant prior to launch.- Contributing to the technical review, testing and sign-off of all products prior to go-live.- Sign-off of promotional and support publications for products and services.- Developing effective relationships with strategic partners, key customers and stakeholders.Alongside maintaining the Health & Social Care portfolio, I was selected to lead on the implementation of rapid-response products, which included getting a unique qualification in autism and six associated products from accreditation to launch within six weeks (a process usually requiring three months). Despite the tight deadlines, this became the company's most successful product launch to date – receiving over 350 registrations within 24 hours.

Responsible for performance management and quality improvement in the North East and South West divisions of the Complex Health Information and Medicine Service.Initially having responsibility for the North East region, the role progressed to me taking on responsibility for a second region due to the significant improvements achieved. Examples of these include the most increased staff engagement scores (49%-78%) and the most significant increase of patient satisfaction scores (65%-87%) within one annual period. In addition, my direct involvement in the design, implementation and management of an online service reduced workload activities by 15% and significantly increased patient accessibility.
