Secondary responsibilities included liaisons with syndication/securitization partners, rating agencies and Dell's N30 terms credit organization. Provided guidance & collaboration in the buildout and launch of the DFS EMEA (Ireland) bank. Introduced the original transactional credit scoring model to DFS in 97.

Responsibilities included the underwriting and portfolio ($2B) risk management of all risks under the USA vendor relationships, and acting as the subject matter expert on USA credit issues to the Canadian parent. Secondary responsibilities included customer development/relationships and support of the USA expansion. Key member of USA due diligence team on portfolio acquisitions and new vendor programs including Dell Financial Services.
