I am a versatile and skilled individual with hands on experience in the I.T. and Konica Minolta Office Automation industry with regards to Konica Minolta Bizhub photocopiers, PC and computer network related support and services. This includes Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments, installations, repairs, maintenance, upgrades of hubs, switches, routers, repeaters, gateways, firewalls, cabling, internet and email support, antivirus, backup and disaster recovery support. I am an efficient and committed member of a motivated and demanding team. I demonstrate the skills which allow me to prioritise my duties efficiently and adopt a flexible attitude, which in turn enables me to achieve my targets and deadlines. I demonstrate leadership qualities and have a good PR skill which has developed from a lecturing environment at Varsity College. I have been in the I.T. and Konica Minolta Office Automation industry for approximately 15 years with international UK hands on experience on both hardware and software.
