Managing a catering company requires exceptional planning, attention to customers’ needs and knowing how to juggle many demands at the same time. It’s just as well I have previous experience managing multimillion-dollar projects because this job requires all of the same skills and attention to detail! The demands of delivering professional catering on time which impresses a crowd is usually the number 1 priority for every person who is organising a catering event. Whether it’s a workplace lunch, full day conference or cocktail party, appearance and taste of the food reflects on the organiser. That’s where my meticulous ability which comes from my engineering project management background comes in.I can take the stress away from my customers by guiding them through the process to manage their budget while delivering food to indulge their guests. Luckily, I am organised to make my customers’ life easier and I pride myself on my attention to detail where others lack the same clarity. Personal referrals are the greatest credit that I receive from customers and how I attribute my company’s growth.Outside of work, I am involved a lot with youth and other services within my Church community. The volunteer work that I have done has taught me a lot about understanding people, an invaluable asset in the service that I provide to my customers.
