Manager Asset Programs and Risk 2002 -2006 Managed AGL’s Gas , Electricity and Pipeline Control rooms and led the development, justification and implementation of a SCADA replacement strategy that reduced capital investment by consolidation from multiple asset specific systems to a single SCADA platform, delivering capital savings $3m and providing additional external revenue of $2m. Manager Client Delivery Systems 2001 – 2002Development of business requirements, commercial arrangement and on going service provider management activities to enable the out sourcing of the AGL assets. The role was responsible for development of standard process and systems of delivery of maintenance services for Gas Networks and Pipeline assetsManager Network Operations 1996 - 2000Responsible for expanding, maintaining and operating the ACT & NSW network to ensure the continuous, safe supply of gas at the lowest cost meeting customer demand and regulatory requirements with a capital budget of $125m pa and an operating budget of $44m pa utilising 370 contract and direct employees.
