As Commercial Director for UPP Projects Limited, I led the successful commercial and contract negotiation of over £800m investment in high profile successful PPP Higher Education Infrastructure development projects, with life cycles of between 35 to 125 years. Contractor incentivisation was achieved through deploying a dynamic combination of no-recourse.

PFI/PPP Infrastructure Project Management Consultancy specialising in the rescue and turn-around of large complex PFI Infrastructure Projects. As a Founding Partner & Director I specialised in the restructure and turn-around of large complex acute hospital infrastructure projects (values £120m to £250m capital spend and circa £300m operational terms).

Working across EMEA, I specialised in the securing, implementation, operational delivery and expansion of cross-border estates and facilities management contracts for major corporate blue-chip clients such as: Cisco, Microsoft, Cable & Wireless, McKinsey and Coca Cola.

At Amey, seconded into the AHK Consortium, I was pivotal in the operational bid management and delivery of the successful £540m PFI infrastructure project for the redevelopment and operation of the MoD HQ Whitehall facilities. Taking the delivery from inception, through bid and negotiation, and into operational stabilisation.
