Following my successful completion of short term contract as acting Executive Leader, I was asked to support the organisation to finalise a Due Diligence process into the acquisition of a new business.During this process I managed the completion of a Business Plan including short, medium and long term strategies to integrate and grow the business.Being the first acquisition of this nature undertaken my the organisation, I supported the Business Plan through three board committees and ultimately gained full endorsement from the full Board to proceed with the acquisition.With the endorsement completed, I am engaged in the implementation and integration of the new business into the existing operations of the organisation.

As a provider of critical services to South Australia's most vulnerable Baptist Care SA brought together an Emergency Response Working Party to respond to the global COVID-19 Pandemic.I was engaged as a Project Manager to guide the organisation through the rapidly changing environment and navigate significant challenges around PPE supply and planning for possible future escalations or de-escalations of restrictions.Through engagement with Risk, Work Health Safety and Service Delivery managers, I supported the organisation through creation of new specialised work directives, drove the transition of over 80% of the office based workforce to a remote working environment and engaged with the Executive Leadership team to keep them and the Board abreast of the evolving situation.

Following adoption of an aggressive 5 year Strategic Horizons Plan, Baptist Care SA sought to increase its engagement with the Disability sector and the NDIS and grow their work with some of Adelaide's most vulnerable people.I was engaged to build a business plan which would see Disability Pathways business double in size over a 4 year period. The business plan included redesign of service models and organisational structures and identified the provision Supported Independent Living supports to people living with high and complex needs as being the driver of growth in the business.Following full endorsement by the Baptist Care SA Board, I continued my engagement through driving the implementation plan. Through this process, I supported the creation of new role purpose statements and recruitment of a new management team. With the new team in place in early 2020, growth in service delivery has commenced.

The Mylor Adventure Campsite in the Adelaide Hills has great significance to the Baptist Churches of South Australia and Baptist Care SA. For over 60 years, churches, youth groups, schools and community groups have been impacted by camping experiences at Mylor.I was engaged to produce a comprehensive business plan designed to grow the business in support of major capital investment into the site. Through engagement with key stakeholders, I produced a business plan which supported the newly adopted Strategic Horizons Plan and identified key strategies to grow and sustain the business into the future.The business plan received full endorsement by the Baptist Care SA board and major capital works including construction of a new, state of the art Kitchen and Dining room and new dormitory accommodation was completed in early 2020
