Worked with A.P.Moller-Maersk from 1974 to 2018.1974-1979: Maersk Line (conference policy, marketing, sales within Europe, Africa and the Far East)1979-1984: Maersk Drilling, training co-ordinator for drilling personnel, hiring of new personnel. Specially focusing on basic offshore training in the US. Founding the special driller trainee education with Maersk. This education is still in use.1984-1986: Responsible for the hiring process with Maersk Oil building up the offshore organisations on the Tyra and Gorm oil and gas fields in the North Sea.1986-1990: Maersk Drilling, Sales Manager. Negotiated drilling rig contracts with oil compenies and offshore license holders. Especially focusing on Europe and the Middle East.1990-1992: Purchasing Manager for Maersk and Maersk Oil (downhole drilling euipment).1992-1995: PR-department: Responsible for information on the Danish Underground Consortium and Maersk Oil press relations.1995-2000: Group HR: Corporate HR Responsible for HR in APMM affiliated companies and HQ departments in CPH.2000-2009: Hr global responsible (Vice President) for Maersk Drilling, Maersk Supply Services, Maersk FPSO, HQ IT, Maersk LNG Carriers.2009- Senior Vice President and member of the Top Management for the Odense Steelship Yard. Designated tasks in connection with closing down the yard.2013- Senior Vice President working with organisational challenges and people skills/development in APMM affiliated companies.End 2017: Retired after almost 44 years.
