I also act as the Lead Mentor helping bring on new mentors and ensuring that our team stays in close communication with each other. I help build a sticky net amongst our global team.

I served as the Co-Owner of Myriad Health and Fitness, formerly NapTown Fitness. Myriad was the original CrossFit specific gym in downtown Indianapolis. During my time, we rebranded a few times and now operate as Myriad Health and Fitness. We opened in 2011 and have expanded to have multiple locations. We offer World Class coaching in the areas of CrossFit (Strength and Fitness), Myriad Yoga, Personal Training, Nutrition, Olympic LIfting, and Boot Camp Formerly SWIFT (fast interval fitness at a You do You pace). My day to day activities include overseeing the financials and operations of 40+ person staff and multiple locations. I work closely with our CMO to create our future vision and find ways to impact the health and fitness of the Indianapolis Community. We care deeply about each and every member. It is my personal goal to know all of our members first and last names and know them on a personal level. I work daily to help NapTown Fitness, CF NapTown, and Practice Indie Yoga be a leader in the Indianapolis Community in the fight against unhealthy lifestyles. From hitting the streets for guerrilla marketing to ensuring a clean and safe environment, no task is too big or too small.

I assist the Director of Marketing and Owner with day to day marketing needs. Including organizing community events, connecting with local businesses, and gaining local market brand awareness.I lead coach and assistant coach classes.

Managed all day to day needs of the LG Presents EA Sports College Football Challenge. It was a national tour in which we promoted the most current LG appliances and electronics to the consumers. We hosted tournaments on College Campuses and we promoted at College Football Tailgate from our LG kitchen each weekend. We also stoped at Best Buy stores each Sunday in order to promote LG at retail locations. We reached over 230,000 consumers in just over three monthsI ensured that all needs of the LG client were met at each event stop. Worked with the event contacts to fulfill all the needs of the contracts that had been set up between LG and the School. I also managed eight local Brand Ambassadors each weekend, set up/tear down the event site, emcee the events, write the event recaps, and work with the driver of our mobile event vehicle to secure proper routing and placement. I have managed and promoted at 150 events nationwide, I work very well under pressure, and can improvise in many situations to make sure the ROI is maximized at each event.

Managed the US Cellular Experience inside US Cellular field, home of the Chicago White Sox. We gave consumers first hand experience with US Cellular products and showed them how much US Cellular values each and every one of their customers. Managed a crew of five and worked directly with the client on many projects.

I was in charge of a four person event marketing road crew that activated at over 40 events nation wide for 9 months. We represented and were the face of PlayStation. I was in charge of maximizing the on site ROI, making sure our event site ran at 100% efficiency, and ensuring that our team was prepared for each event that we attend; amongst many other tasks. My job can be broke down as: traveling the country educating consumers and leaving them with a lasting memory about the functions and power of PlayStation products.

I was part of a three person national tour. We were on the road for eight months promoting the PlayStation brand. My work involved promoting our truck via mic work to 10,000-100,000 people at each event. Also, I talked with the public to answer questions and give them advice about PlayStation. My other tasks included setting up and tearing down our display, working with an on site contact to ensure that our display had the most ideal placement, various paper work, and booking all of our hotel needs, amongst other tasks.
