In my leadership role as an Injury Management Advisor, I thrive off sharing my knowledge from my background in physiotherapy and seeing the positive impact it can have on helping people get back to work, and break down barriers in communication and lack of understanding.I've been lucky to work with great people across different industries, and have enjoyed developing and utilising my communication and leadership skills. I enjoy problem-solving and learning new skills. I want to work in teams where this is a daily demand, and where there’s scope for career development and progression. I’m very outgoing, and I love to be involved, so working in a team has always been a perfect fit for me.
