This role required me to create new Batch Operations procedures, complex process flows and network architecture diagrams for many groups within TD Bank. This involved creation of documentation that covered the 24x7x365 operations of the Batch cycle transactions through the IBM mainframe system. All documentation was maintained in the SharePoint library.In addition, I created Self-paced, Web-based and Instructor led training materials for several groups within TD Bank. This involved working with SMEs and creating templates in MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat Professional 9 was used to PDF all documentation. In conjunction with another engineer, I built the Capacity Planning and Management (CP&M) Systems Requirements Specifications (first of its kind in the industry), Test Cases, Business Use Cases, CiRBA Procedures and training material.
