From 2023 to 2024 served as VP for Replenishment Center Operations. Led 9 direct reports and 500 employees. Volunteered to expand role responsibilities to include 3 Replenishment Centers reporting previously to Manufacturing Operations, in addition to the current 6 RC Operations. Developed and executed on transformation strategy to in-source operations and consolidate network. Strategy was phenomenally successful, resulting in combined Operating and Transportation expense savings of $50M, as well as a 40% reduction in defect rate, and 30% improvement in on-time service level.From 2021 to 2023 was responsible for 2 separate VP positions. Dual role as VP of Transformation Operations and VP for Replenishment Center Operations. Volunteered to fill the VP RC role to enable increased profitability through reduced expenses. As Transformation VP was responsible for developing 3-year network strategy for the Medical Supply chain, encompassing 43 distribution and replenishment centers. Also responsible for technology and automation investment strategy as well as execution. Executed on multiple network expansion and transformation initiatives, and developed and executed robotics and automation strategy. At the same time, had full responsibility for 6 replenishment center operations totaling $3B in annual direct sales and a $125M expense budget, along with $500M in inventory value. Led a team of 10 direct reports.From 2009 to 2021 had full responsibility for warehousing and distribution operations for the East Medical Supply region. Region comprised of 12 distribution centers, with a service area encompassing 16 states plus the District of Columbia. Manage an operating expense budget of $120 million to support sales of $3 billion. Responsible for inventory totaling 50,000 SKUs and valued at approximately $325M. Region totals 1,100 associates and 11 direct reports.
