Construction Coordinator
Current- Participates in all aspects of running a small construction company.
- Managing the residential construction administration operations for a custom homebuilder, from the contract negotiations to final closing.
- Evaluating the cost-related aspects of the project and administer change orders, proposed changes,construction change directives, substitutions, and time delays in accordance with contract and projectrequirements.
- Reviewing building plans for each project to determine the necessary materials and costs required for each subcontractor.
- Completing the accounting functions, including job costing analysis to clients.
- Managing subcontractors to perform jobs according to project deadlines.
