Managed fleet of 20 racing yachts. Commissioned all yachts for J-boats UK. Commissioned and Built first Ker 46, 'Fair Dos' for private client, which went on to win most prestigious regattas it entered including: Commodores Cup, IRC Nationals, Caribbean Circuit, Spi Ouest, Fastnet Race and is still winning regattas today.

Managed the build of 8 Jason Ker 11.3 race yachts and managed and maintained a fleet of 20 race boats with a team of 6 people. Organised and raced the Sydney 40 Admirals Cup fleet six times.

Immediately upon graduating, prepared and raced variety of yachts from Sigma 38s to Swan 65s.
