The position serves as a Senior Investigator responsible for investigating suspected violations of Title 48 RCW and Title 284 WAC, as well as related laws and regulations. These investigations involve licensed and unlicensed insurance producers, insurance agencies and insurers operating throughout the state of Washington.The Investigator 3 is an advanced investigative postion, responsible for conducting complex regulatory investigations involving various types of fraud, negligence, illegal inducements, unauthorized and unlicensed activities, and more. Investigating complaints and allegations of insurance law violations, along with taking appropriate enforcement action, is the cornerstone of the agency's ability to protect consumers. This position is critical to the agency's strategic goal of protecting and educating consumers against unlicensed insurance entities operating in Washington and for ensuring licensed insurance entities and producers comply with state insurance laws.

A 911 Dispatcher is a telephone, radio or computer operator that connects people in need with fire, police and medical emergency services. They receive a variety of reports, ranging from car accidents to criminal acts in progress and coordinate the dispatch of the appropriate emergency responders.911 dispatchers must respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information. They must provide dispatch and communication support services for police, fire, emergency, and related services. Military Police Investigator: Performs specialized duties in the investigation of military offenses with particular emphasis on knowledge of military and civilian legal considerations. Collects and preserves physical and testimonial evidence. Investigates drug related offenses and provides support for special operations and protective services.
