A part-owner of the business was my childhood friend. asked me to put a menu together and sell pizza in his Chinese restaurant. I thought it was ridiculous, however, it turned out to be very successful with an excellent choice of gourmet pizzas especially for vegetarians and unique pizzas with an oriental flavor, including different kinds of seafood and your basic pizzas as well. one of the most interesting projects I've ever done.

Started the pizza shop in Harriet place in 1989. A new adventure with no prior experience. learned through trial and error and had a good team. The recipe must have been good. they are still using it today. I sold it to a great husband and wife team, they have also expanded the business.
