I've always functioned as in inclusive and insightful leader within the organizations that I have had the privilege of managing. One attribute that has been most beneficial in my career has been the ability to motivate our employees and help them to realize a feeling of ownership and pride in the work they do as they support the companies and for the past 8.5 years a municipality in Western Colorado. Another key attribute has been my fiscally conservative approach to achieving the goals and building the necessary reserves for a company and now community to support operations as well as innovate, market and promote growth, tourism and expansion.
