As a 10+ year veteran of the restaurant industry, I have worked in every aspect of a restaurant. My portfolio of experience includes, but is not limited to, management, hosting, bartending, serving, and cooking. Working in a wide range of establishments has afforded me the opportunity to educate myself extensively in production, sales, distribution, and laws associated with spirits.
