A diverse and ever-changing role - supporting Faculty and the wider Subject Area in a wide range of administrative tasks. I regularly:- set up and manage events from conferences to Research Seminars- book and co-ordinate complex intercontinental travel arrangements.- provide research and data analysis assistance- administrate courses and provide course support to large numbers of students- enable industry-leading levels of teaching - process expenses and invoices for both internal and external stakeholders

UK NARIC is the national agency for providing information on and comparisons of international qualifications under contract to the UK Government. The company has additional responsibility for providing English language ability information to the UK Home Office for visa and immigration purposes, project work for various international organisations, and providing advice to qualified professionals to aid mobility.I processed educational qualification comparability statements for the UK NARIC. This process involved me assessing and benchmarking international qualifications to the UK educational framework. I investigated and researched the level of English used as a medium of instruction in institutions around the world for the UK’s Visa and Nationality Service. I also assisted member organisations with the international qualifications recognition process which include all UK Higher Education Institutions. I performed and delivered training to colleagues and external members at national conferences, events and seminars. This involved developing, expanding and promoting knowledge of overseas education in respect to the UK education system.

Istituto Tecnico Economico "Bodoni" (overseen by the British Council), Parma (Italy)- Assisting or leading English lessons to classes of high school students.- Played a major role on the Erasmus project at the school, working closely with the Dutch Partner School and ultimately organising an exchange to the Netherlands.- Liaised with Teachers and helped prepare assessments and ran extra revision classes leading up to exams.

- General teaching of English- Organiser and planner of lessons- Oversaw sporting activites

- Part of Schools, Colleges and Community Outreach team (SCCO) who visited and performed Higher Education talks, classes and workshops at local Secondary Schools. Highlighting the benefits of Higher Education.- The role also included working as a guide on University Open days, showcasing potential students around the campus and University facilities. Answering any of their questions and speaking to parents.- Also I worked as a Course subject speaker, giving presentations to large audiences regarding my degree and experiences at University.

- Navigated successfully a difficult and highly applied for application process.- Worked with students who were not reaching their potential in the general field of Literacy.- Obtained a place at Milford Academy, Clifton, Nottingham where I led small, separate groups of students with the view to accelerate their learning.- Presentations to the whole class were my responsibility.

- Computer-aided telephone interviewing- Working directly and serving customers- Later fast-tracked to Data Analysis team, where I was in charge of analysing data and processing enquiries.
