I'm an experienced senior executive, who cut my teeth in the intensely competitive printing industry in Australia and New Zealand. I spent the initial part of my career at PMP Limited (since acquired by Ive Group), where I held a range of senior operations, sales and executive positions, culminating in the role of Managing Director of the $300m N.Z. business. I spearheaded two significant turnarounds - $10m EBITDA improvement at PMP Digital, and the transformation of the NZ business, delivering $15m in cost efficiencies.I chose to leave the printing industry in 2012, when the structural decline of the industry became apparent. I made the decision to move into healthcare, initially consulting to a range of healthcare companies, and more recently in leadership roles in earlier stage, innovative primary care and healthtech businesses. A proven leader and driver of change, I've accumulated strong financial, commercial. operational and sales acumen through my career to date. I tend to get bored with BAU and thrive on a challenge.
