Manage a team of Electrical Design Engineers to develop the electronic hardware for an Electronic Flight Instrument from proposal and requirements all the way through qualification tests per DO-160G. Included in this was personally designing numerous circuit card assemblies and having a major role in the development of the others. During this project I have been the Hardware point person for other departments.Other auxiliary major responsibilities include the mentoring of the newer engineers, help develop department processes and to interview prospective candidates.
